TERMS OF PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

 

 

These Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy statement.

 

  1. Acceptance of the Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

By purchasing our subscription as a member, or by purchasing our package as a Vendor in any way or clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy, our others terms and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website/App or as otherwise may be communicated to you.

 

  1. Offer/Deal Description and their terms

The offer/deal description and their terms and conditions are put by the respective Vendors. Therefore, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If you find out that deal/offer was a bogus/fake one or was not as described, your sole remedy is against the Vendor, and not us. However, please feel free to write to us at support@osodeals.com so that we may take necessary action against such Vendors.

 

  1. Pricing Disclaimer

We may update the prices of the Subscription plans or Packages listed on the Site/App, from time to time, without any notice to you. However, this shall not accept the Subscriptions or Packages that you might have purchased before such price change.

 

  1. Payments and Taxes
  1. Payment: All Subscription and Packages are subject to acceptance and you agree to pay for the Subscription or Packages that you avail on the Platform, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for the same. You shall be responsible to borne all the applicable taxes and duties (wherever applicable), and other charges. 
  2. No Responsibility: You further acknowledge that we shall not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss incurred by you for a failed / incomplete transaction undertaken by you on the Platform.

 

  1. Bi-partite Contract

When a service is availed or product is purchased through the deal available on the Platform, the same will be governed by the bipartite contractual arrangement entered into directly between the buyer and the Vendor. Both, buyers as well as the Vendors agree that OSO Deals cannot and does not confirm each Vendor’s or Buyer’s purported identity. OSO Deals encourages Buyers as well as Vendors to exercise discretion and caution while dealing with each other.

 

  1. No Refunds 

There are no refunds for either the Subscription or the Packages purchased by you, even if you do not use the same, or derive any benefits out of it. We expressly disclaim any warranties in this regard. However, if OSO Deals rejects the offer/deal of the Vendor after Vendor has paid for the same, OSO Deals will refund the amount of the package within a period of 120 days once a formal Refund Request is made to support@osodeals.com 

 

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Site/App or its services, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms of Use/Vendor Terms, as the case may be.
